Landscape Foreman **Sign on Bonus!**

Clauss Brothers Landscaping, Inc.is hiring a motivated, responsible, and hardworking Landscape Foreman to join our team.This is a hands-on leadership role where you will oversee day-to-day operations while working alongside and supervising a 3-6 person crew.This position offers significant opportunities for growth and advacement within the company. Pay for this position is based largely on skill set and experience. Bilingual applicants will receive special consideration and are eligible for additional compensation. Position is bonus eligible.General Requirements:Must have a valid drivers license.Must demonstrate knowledge of the landscaping field, including but not limited to:landscape maintenance, pruning, mowing, trimming, hardscaping, and plant identification.Must have 3years of experience in the field.Must be able to work outdoors and in all weather conditions.Must be able to complete physcial work, often lifting/carrying 35lbs.Must be able to work safely with power tools and equipment.Job Type:Full-time Pay:$25.00 - $40.00 per hour Benefits:401(k) matching Flexible schedule Health insurance Health savings account Opportunities for advancement Safety equipment provided License/Certification:Driver's License (Required) Work Location:In person.
