We offer a unique work schedule but we need someone reliable me.Must know how to drive a trailer.Pay starts at $22 depending on experience. Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Landscape Foreman/ Groundsman to join our team.The ideal candidate will assist in various outdoor maintenance tasks to enhance the appearance of our clients' properties.We also have prevailing wage jobs occasionally that would be $50 an hour. Responsibilities Mow, edge and blow lawns to ensure a neat and tidy appearance - Provide snow plowing services during winter months - Utilize power tools for landscaping projects - Conduct groundskeeping duties to maintain outdoor areas - Assist in irrigating plants and lawns - Support tree care activities as needed Skills: Experience with mowing equipment and lawn care practices - Knowledge of snow plowing procedures - Ability to operate various power tools safely - Reliable and great communication skills - Familiarity with groundskeeping tasks - Skill in irrigating plants efficiently - Interest in and willingness to learn This position offers an opportunity to work outdoors and contribute to creating beautiful landscapes for our clients.If you have a passion for working in nature and enhancing outdoor spaces, we welcome you to apply for this role.Job Types:Full-time, Part-time Pay:$22.00 - $28.00 per hour License/Certification:Driver's License (Required) Ability to Commute:Seattle, WA 98106 (Required) Work Location:In person.
