Pleasant View Gardens is hiring an afternoon/evening Supervisor for our Landscape/Garden Support Team.This position is integral in assisting the teams that develop beautiful gardens for our clients.We are looking for candidates that share Pleasant View Gardens' values of high integrity, quality work, and excellent customer service.If you love to work outside, have supervisory experience and are looking for an afternoon/evening shift, we would love to speak to you! Here are the important functions of this position:Directly manage, train, and developing 2-4 Garden Support Team Members and assure quality workmanship Schedule Garden Support Team Staff based on need and availability Manage materials through inventory and ensure delivery of materials are processed and logged correctly Coordinate and receive deliveries of hard goods and plant material Monitors and enforces safety practices and policies Role models ethics and integrity, as well as positively promoting company culture; Communicates well with others including but not limited to Supervisors and Crew Leaders Great attitude, receptive and respectful Has the ability to use google suite including gmail and google sheets Holds a valid Class D license with a clean driving record Job Type:Part-time Pay:$22.00 - $30.80 per hour Benefits:Employee discount Work Location:In person.
