Crew Leader - Landscape/Hardscape Build incredible outdoor spaces.Lead a great team.Take pride in the results.We're looking for a Crew Leader who enjoys leading people, solving problems on the jobsite, and delivering exceptional results.This role gives you real ownership of the day -- guiding your crew, managing the workflow, and bringing each project to life.What You'll Do Lead and manage an installation crew on job sites Review daily plans with the Operations Manager Ensure projects stay efficient, organized, and on schedule Track crew hours and job progress using the LMN Crew App Read and interpret site plans and job planners Coordinate equipment and material needs with the office Keep clear notes on materials, tasks completed, and site changes Communicate professionally with clients onsite Send daily project updates to the Operations Manager What We're Looking For 2years of leadership experience (landscape or construction preferred) Ability to delegate and keep a crew productive Comfortable reading site plans and project layouts Strong communication and problem-solving skills Desire to learn new products and installation techniques OSHA 10 certification is a plus Why Work at Green Scapes? ?
