Job SummaryAssist with landscape and sprinkler installation.Join our local team.We specialize in sprinklers and various landscaping jobs.We value our work ethic, employee integrity, professionalism at all times, safety, and maintaining a positive work environment for our team.Pay is based off of experience.This position offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, outdoor environment that values teamwork, safety, and quality craftsmanship.Time:Weekdays, 8- 5; Part-time and full-time needed.Preferred:One paid work interview shift before officially hiring.Required:Reliable transportation Responsibilities Assist with landscape installation tasks including planting, grading, and hardscape construction using hand tools and power tools.Perform lawn care duties such as mowing, edging, trimming trees, pruning shrubs, and maintaining turf health.Support landscape maintenance activities including irrigation system installation and repair, fertilization, aeration, and seasonal snow plowing.Operate equipment such as excavators, lawnmowers, trimmers, blowers, and other landscaping machinery safely and efficiently.Conduct routine site inspections to ensure landscape health and safety standards are met; perform basic tree care like trimming and pruning.Help with gardening tasks including soil preparation, planting flowers or shrubs, and maintaining garden beds.Maintain tools and equipment regularly to ensure optimal performance; assist in general site cleanup and organization.Experience Prior experience or familiarity with landscaping or gardening is preferred but not required; we provide training for motivated candidates.Basic mechanical knowledge or experience operating power tools and small construction equipment is advantageous.Knowledge of lawn care practices such as mowing, edging, fertilizing, and irrigation systems enhances your ability to succeed in this role.Experience with tree care activities like trimming or pruning helps support safe and effective landscape maintenance.Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with physical stamina for manual labor tasks.Strong teamwork skills combined with a proactive attitude are essential for contributing positively to our crew environment.Join us to develop your skills in landscaping while helping create vibrant outdoor spaces that inspire!
