Job OverviewJoin our dynamic team as a Landscape Laborer and be at the forefront of transforming outdoor spaces into beautiful, functional environments.In this energetic role, you will assist with a variety of landscaping tasks, from planting and lawn care to hardscape installation and maintenance.Your hands-on work will help create inviting landscapes that enhance property value and aesthetic appeal.This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in horticulture, landscape maintenance, and construction while contributing to vibrant outdoor projects.Responsibilities Assist with landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, pruning, and planting to ensure healthy growth and aesthetic appearance Support hardscape projects by preparing sites, laying pavers or stones, and installing features like patios or walkways Conduct tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and planting to promote healthy growth and safety Assist with general construction tasks related to landscape projects while adhering to safety standards Qualifications Previous experience or familiarity with landscaping, gardening, or groundskeeping is preferred but not required Mechanical knowledge of tools and equipment such as hand tools, power tools, excavators, and irrigation systems is a plus Strong work ethic with the ability to perform physically demanding tasks outdoors in various weather conditions Ability to follow safety protocols and work effectively both independently and as part of a team Basic understanding of land preparation, tree care techniques, and hardscape installation is advantageous Willingness to learn new skills related to landscaping, construction, and equipment operation Embark on a rewarding career where your efforts directly shape beautiful outdoor environments!
