Landscape laborer and Driver

Overview We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a commitment to maintaining beautiful landscapes. This role involves various tasks related to landscaping, groundskeeping, and general maintenance of outdoor spaces. If you enjoy working with your hands and have an eye for detail, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities Perform mowing of lawns and grassy areas to maintain a neat appearance. Assist with tree care, including pruning and planting as needed. Engage in groundskeeping activities such as weeding, mulching, and planting flowers or shrubs. Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively for various landscaping tasks. Build landscape features such as flower beds, retaining walls, or pathways. Install and maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants and lawns. Participate in snow plowing during winter months to keep pathways clear. Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment after each job. Experience Previous experience in landscaping or groundskeeping is preferred but not required. Familiarity with mowing techniques, tree care practices, and general landscape maintenance is beneficial. Ability to operate power tools and hand tools safely is essential. A strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are crucial for success in this role.
