Overview Join our dynamic landscape team as a Landscape Laborer and play a vital role in transforming outdoor spaces into beautiful, functional environments. Whether you're trimming trees, installing hardscape features, or maintaining lawns, your efforts will directly contribute to creating stunning landscapes that clients will enjoy for years to come. Duties Assist with landscape installation projects including planting, tree care, and hardscape construction Maintain lawns through mowing, edging, fertilizing, and weed control using hand tools and power equipment Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as pruning, trimming trees and shrubs, and irrigation system checks Operate equipment like excavators, power tools, and snow plows safely and efficiently Support seasonal tasks such as snow plowing and gardening to ensure year-round landscape beauty Conduct routine site inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure safety standards are met Help with the setup and breakdown of construction sites, including material handling and site cleanup Qualifications Prior experience or knowledge of landscaping, lawn care, or horticulture is preferred but not required; training will be provided Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with hand tools, power tools, excavators, and other landscaping equipment is a plus Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in various weather conditions with stamina and attention to safety Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills Basic understanding of irrigation systems, tree care techniques, gardening practices, and hardscape installation is advantageous Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions and safety protocols Valid driver’s license is preferred for operating equipment or assisting with project logistics Embark on a rewarding career where your hands-on skills help craft vibrant landscapes while enjoying a supportive environment that values your growth.
