We're expanding our team of Landscape Laborers to assist with a major natural gas meter replacement project across the Twin Cities metro area! About the Role:As a Landscape Laborer, you'll be an essential part of our team, working alongside gas fitters to ensure efficient meter replacements.Your primary responsibilities will include:Carefully hand-digging small holes (typically 1-2 feet deep, 2-4 feet long) next to natural gas meters.Working in various landscape environments, including those with rock or mulch.This means you'll need to rake back materials, place spoil piles on tarps, and restore the area once the meter is replaced.Backfilling and compacting holes, then raking landscape rock or mulch back into place to leave the site tidy.What We Offer:Competitive Pay:$49.20 per hour with benefits $30.69 / hr on the check.Comprehensive Benefits:Health & Welfare package, Vacation Fund, and a robust Pension Package.Overtime:Paid for hours worked over 40 per week.Annual Wage Increase:Guaranteed increase every year on June 1st.Work Schedule:You can expect to work Monday through Friday, with typical days running 10 to 12 hours.If you're a hard worker, detail-oriented, and ready to join a dynamic team, we encourage you to apply!
