Landscape Maintenance Crew Lead

Overview We are seeking an experienced and reliable Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be a key team member responsible for a new landscape division maintaining aesthetic curb appeal of our residential apartment communities. The Crew Leader will be responsible for team members, equipment, and helping to grow the business with external commercial and residential accounts. There is no hardscaping or heavy construction involved. Duties Lead the Crew: Help hire and direct 1-2 laborers daily, ensuring work is done efficiently and meets our quality standards. Execute the Route: Manage time effectively across a defined daily route. Hands-on Maintenance: Operate commercial zero-turn mowers, trimmers, edgers, and blowers. Equipment Care: Perform daily maintenance checks and maintain a clean organized truck and trailer. Customer Interaction: Act as the face of the company on-site, acting professional at all times, and maintaining customer relationships. Support our Property Management Company is any way necessary, including additional duties during off-season. Requirements Proven experience in landscape maintenance. Ability to lead a team. Driver's License and clean driving record. ODA Commercial Applicator License is preferred, but not required. Nextgen Management Group is a growing company with a 50+ year track record of success.
