RD Outdoor is hiring a Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader.This is not an entry-level position.We are looking for someone who can lead a crew, take ownership of properties, and produce high-quality work consistently.Responsibilities Lead a 2-4 person crew on daily maintenance routes Maintain commercial and residential properties to high standards Manage time, route efficiency, and daily production goals Train and guide crew members Operate and maintain equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.) Communicate with management and report issues early Requirements Prior landscape maintenance experience (leadership preferred) Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to lead and hold a team accountable Attention to detail Valid driver's license (required) Ability to work outdoors in all conditions What We Offer $25-$29/hour (based on experience) Growth opportunities within the company Year-round work (snow & ice management in winter) Structured, team-oriented environment Clear expectations and strong leadership About RD Outdoor We are a growing company focused on quality, efficiency, and professionalism.We value accountability, respect, and continuous improvement.Pay:$25.55 - $29.55 per hour Benefits:401(k) matching Health insurance Paid time off Parental leave Safety equipment provided Work Location:In person.
