Company:Blue Sierra Realty / Rose Ridge ServicesLocation:Reno, NVPay:Starting at $22 per hour (with room to grow)Job Type:Part-Time (with opportunity for expanded hours) Blue Sierra Realty and Rose Ridge Services manage a portfolio of high-quality residential and select commercial properties throughout the Reno area.We're looking for a dependable Landscape Maintenance Technician to handle routine yard maintenance and keep properties looking clean and well-maintained.This is a hands-on, part-time role with the potential for additional hours and increased pay based on performance and fit.Position Overview You'll be responsible for maintaining front yard and exterior areas across multiple properties.The focus is on consistency, attention to detail, and keeping each property presentable.Work is primarily scheduled Monday through Friday during standard business hours, with some flexibility depending on workload.Responsibilities Mowing, edging, trimming, and general yard upkeep Plant care, pruning, and weed control Maintain clean and presentable exterior/common areas Check irrigation systems and correct any issues Perform seasonal services including winterization, thatching, aerating, and other work necessary to keep yards looking presentable Assist with seasonal cleanups and property upkeep Work Expectations Travel between properties as needed Work independently and manage time effectively Communicate clearly on completed work and any concerns Maintain a professional presence on-site Qualifications Landscaping or outdoor maintenance experience preferred Comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions Reliable and detail-oriented Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred Basic tools for yard work are a plus Growth Opportunity This role can expand into additional hours, increased pay, and broader property maintenance responsibilities based on performance and company needs.How to Apply Please respond directly to this posting or contact:Penny Phone:775-770-0029 Email:penny@bluesierrarealty.com Applicants may be asked a few brief questions regarding experience, availability, and equipment.Pay:From $22.00 per hour Work Location:In person.
