Also a driver license is a plus but not required. Duties Perform lawn care tasks such as mowing, edging, trimming, and fertilizing to maintain healthy turf and vibrant gardens Operate hand tools and power tools safely for tasks like pruning, digging, aerating, and general landscape maintenance Conduct routine landscape upkeep including weed control, mulching, and seasonal snow plowing when necessary Maintain equipment through regular cleaning and basic mechanical troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance Skills Experience in lawn care, gardening, landscape maintenance, and hardscape installation is highly desirable Ability to use hand tools such as shovels, pruners, rakes, and wheelbarrows efficiently Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new techniques in landscaping and tree care This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to build a career in landscaping or construction.
