Job Summary ProGreen Turf & Landscape is seeking a Landscape Sales Designer to join our growing team in Eastern North Carolina.This role combines landscape design, client consultation, and sales, focusing on high-end residential and commercial projects.This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional with experience in landscaping, outdoor design, construction sales, or horticulture who is looking to grow their income and career.Key Responsibilities Meet with clients to evaluate properties and understand project goals Design and present custom landscape plans (plantings, hardscapes, drainage, etc.) Prepare estimates and proposals using company systems (LMN or similar) Close sales and manage client relationships throughout the project lifecycle Collaborate with production teams to ensure successful project execution Conduct site visits and follow-ups as needed Qualifications Experience in landscape design, landscaping, construction, or outside sales Strong knowledge of plants, grading, drainage, irrigation, or hardscapes Ability to read and create landscape designs (CAD experience is a plus) Excellent communication and customer service skills Proven ability to close sales and manage client relationships Valid driver's license Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary uncapped commission High earning potential ($60,000 - $100,000depending on performance) Company vehicle or vehicle allowance Paid time off and holidays Career growth opportunities within a fast-growing company Support from estimating, design, and production teams About ProGreen Landscaping ProGreen Landscaping is a rapidly growing company specializing in high-end landscape design, installation, and maintenance.We serve residential and commercial clients across Eastern NC and are focused on becoming the market leader through quality, innovation, and service.Why This Role Stands Out If you're currently working in landscaping, construction, or sales and feel like you've hit a ceiling--this role offers:Higher income potential More creative freedom Better systems and support Opportunity to work on premium projects Pay:$50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year Benefits:401(k) Dental insurance Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off Relocation assistance Experience:Landscape design:2 years (Required) Ability to Commute:Newport, NC 28570 (Required) Work Location:In person.
