We're looking for a motivated and skilled Landscape Installation Specialist to join our team at Botanical Images.In this role, you'll be the driving force behind installing, maintaining and bringing to life high-end residential landscapes.Whether you're an experienced landscaper or eager to grow within the industry, you'll be empowered to tackle challenges, work on exciting projects, and develop your skills in landscape construction and installation.Key Responsibilities:Property Transformation:Assist in the installation of landscapes, including planting trees, shrubs, flowers, and turf.Mulch Installation and Prune Properties Repair irrigation systems as part of our projects Implement drainage plans for projects and install correctly Outdoor lighting installations and repairs Assist maintenance team as needed to mow/service properties Ensure that every installation project is executed with precision, quality, and attention to detail.Problem Solving & Innovation:Troubleshoot installation challenges and adapt to unique site conditions.Work closely with the team to implement creative and efficient solutions.Work under a time budget to maintain properties at a high level.Client Interaction:Represent our company professionally on job sites.Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure project expectations are met.Continuous Learning:Be open to learning new skills and techniques, from plant knowledge to changing landscape expectations and irrigation repair Take advantage of professional development opportunities and on-the-job training.What We're Looking For:Experience:2years in the landscape industry, preferably at a professional level.Equipment Operation:At least basic skills with compact grading equipment.Dingo, Skidsteer, Mini Excavator, Tractor.Mowing skills are also a must.Technical Skills:Experience with planting, simple hardscapes, irrigation, and using landscape equipment and tools.Problem Solving:Ability to adapt and troubleshoot issues in the field with a proactive mindset.Team & Independent Work:Work efficiently both independently and as part of a crew.Passion for Outdoor Work:A strong work ethic and appreciation for transforming spaces.Communication:Clear communication with team members and clients.Driving Ability:Clean driving record and active license a plus.What We Offer:Competitive Compensation:$40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year, based on experience.Professional Growth:Hands-on training, advancement opportunities, and professional development assistance.Work-Life Balance:Paid time off and a schedule that supports personal well-being.Instant Gratification:See the direct results of your work as landscapes come to life.Schedule:Full-time position with 8-10-hour shifts Monday to Friday (Minimal weekends--only as needed due to weather) Location:Charlotte, NC 28273 (Required - must be able to commute or relocate before starting) Work Location:In person Join Our Team!
