This position will schedule projects, supervise team members, and manage the resources needed for creating landscape installation projects for our clients. The Landscape Superintendent is responsible for adhering to established budgets, ensuring successful operations, maintaining quality control, and promoting a positive culture focused on safety and continuous improvement. Responsibilities Managing all landscape installation projects, including the coordination of all materials, people, equipment, and subcontractors required to produce quality work. Providing day-to-day operational scheduling and guidance for the branch's landscape projects. Understanding client needs, and meeting with clients directly to provide excellent customer service. Training and developing of team members (including proper operation of equipment, planting techniques, safety guidelines, and quality standards) as well as disciplinary actions. Ensuring safety protocols are being followed by team members. Interviewing and hiring team members. </
