About Dream Life Landscape Dream Life Landscape is a start-up landscaping company focusing on Cape Ann's small to medium sized lawns.We are dedicated to lawn care and our customers.We believe in doing good natured work for good natured folks in our communities.Having a strong moral compass and the desire to improve our communities are paramount to our success and overall company vision.The Job We are seeking a part-time employee who is happy to help 5-10 hours a week for winter services.The tools you will use are self-propelled snow blowers, snow shovels and car snow brushes.Our business model is very simple, and the more simplistic we can make it, the better.You will be part of a 2-3 person crew working to remove snow from customer parking and walking spaces.You may also be asked to drive a full size pickup truck.The requirements of the job are to have reliable transportation to make it to the company truck (you will not need to use your own vehicle for work travel).You will need to have a current drivers license with a clean driving record.You will need to be prepared to work a full 8 hour day.Lastly, you will need to have a friendly and positive attitude.Pay Pay is between $20-$27 an hour.Additionally, you will receive tips from customers and performance-based cash bonuses from the company.Total pay may be above $30 an hour, if you are dedicated and professional.Expectations Please acknowledge Dream Life Landscape is highly concerned about professional mannerisms of its employees.A friendly team friendly demeanor is required.Being hired to work for Dream Life Landscape will require you to provide references.We are looking forward to meeting with you and are excited to move forward with a wonderful 2025 season!
