Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Landscape Technician to join our team.The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for landscaping and a commitment to enhancing outdoor spaces.This role involves a variety of tasks related to lawn care, hardscape installation, and overall landscape maintenance.The Landscape Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients' properties are aesthetically pleasing and well-maintained throughout the year.Responsibilities Perform lawn care tasks including mowing, fertilizing, and aerating lawns to promote healthy growth.Assist with hardscape projects such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls.Conduct snow plowing and removal during winter months to ensure safe access for clients.Utilize mechanical knowledge to operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently.Install and maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants and lawns.Dig and prepare planting areas for trees, shrubs, and flowers according to landscape designs.Use hand tools effectively for various landscaping tasks including planting, pruning, and weeding.Provide tree care services including trimming, pruning, and removal as needed.Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while maintaining high-quality standards.Plan and Install hardscapes, retaining walls, and other various projects.Plow and/or shovel during winter months.Pay for Snow Shoveling will be $88/hr.Experience Previous experience in landscaping or related fields is preferred but not required.Familiarity with lawn care techniques, hardscape installation, snow plowing, and general landscape maintenance is highly desirable.Experience in hardscapes, sealcoating, and parking lot striping is strongly preferred.Basic mechanical knowledge is beneficial for operating various landscaping equipment.Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering quality workmanship in all tasks performed.Join us in creating beautiful landscapes that enhance the environment and bring joy to our clients!
