Landscape Technician

Premier Lawn & Landscape is seeking an experienced and motivated Landscape Technician to join our growing team. This position is responsible for maintaining high-end landscape beds and ensuring our properties are the best-looking sites in town. Applicants must have prior landscaping experience and hold a valid applicator’s license. This position also offers the opportunity for year-round employment, including full-time winter work in our commercial snow removal and deicing division. Responsibilities Perform landscape bed maintenance and detail work Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and other landscape treatments safely and effectively Trim and shape shrubs and ornamental plants Remove weeds and maintain clean, professional landscape beds Monitor plant and landscape health Assist with general landscape maintenance as needed, including mowing, trimming, edging, and cleanup Maintain a high standard of quality and attention to detail on all properties Operate landscaping equipment and tools safely Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team Requirements: Valid Applicator’s License (required) Prior landscape maintenance experience required Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor daily Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Ability to communicate professionally and represent the company well Winter Employment Opportunity: This role can lead to a full-time winter position within our commercial snow removal and deicing division for dependable team members looking for year-round employment opportunities.
