Job Description We are seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic Landscaper - Full Time (Seasonal) (April to October) to join our team at Juniper Hill Inn to maintain and enhance the beauty of our hotel grounds throughout the season.This is a Full Time position located in Ogunquit, ME..This role is responsible for the care, upkeep, and overall appearance of all landscaping, gardens, and outdoor plantings to ensure an exceptional first impression for our guests.Job Description We are seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic Landscaper - Full Time (Seasonal) (April to October) to join our team at Juniper Hill Inn to maintain and enhance the beauty of our hotel grounds throughout the season.This is a Full Time position located in Ogunquit, ME..This role is responsible for the care, upkeep, and overall appearance of all landscaping, gardens, and outdoor plantings to ensure an exceptional first impression for our guests.Work Performed We believe our grounds are part of the guest experience.If you enjoy creating beautiful outdoor spaces and want to be part of a hospitality team that values pride in presentation.Guest Experience:Provide warm, attentive, and personalized service to all guests Plant, water, fertilize, and maintain flowers, shrubs, trees, and seasonal plantings Perform regular weeding, pruning, deadheading, and mulching Monitor plant health and identify signs of disease, pests, or nutrient deficiencies Replace damaged or declining plants as needed Maintain clean, neat, and attractive flower beds and landscaped areas Edge walkways and garden beds Assist with seasonal planting and changeovers Maintain outdoor planters and hanging baskets Prepare gardens and grounds for spring opening Support fall cleanup and winterization of plantings Recommend seasonal enhancements to improve curb appeal Ensure outdoor areas are guest-ready at all times Safely operate landscaping tools and equipment Maintain organized storage of tools and supplies Communicate with management regarding landscaping needs or improvements Perform other duties as assigned, requested or deemed necessary by management Requirements Previous gardening or landscaping experience preferred Knowledge of plant care, seasonal planting, and basic horticulture practices Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Work outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards Flexible schedule, including weekends as needed High school education or equivalent experience Lifting up to 50 lbs.limited/Pushing up to 50 lbs Must be able to work independently Maintains a friendly, cheerful and courteous demeanor at all times Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays Must be able to work onsite at the hotel location Hours required:Full Time 35-40 hours per week for shifts AM Must be flexible Weekends Holidays Must be detailed oriented, ability to work individually or in a team.Proficiency in the English language Additional Preferred Skills/Qualities Second language is a plus, preferably Spanish or French Compensation $18 - $20 Hourly Benefits Earned paid time off Employer-contribution medical/dental/vision insurance Optional life insurance Short term/Long term disability Optional 401k with employer match Employee discounts at participating hotels Option to sign up for on-demand pay with DailyPay Refer a friend - get paid extra when they join our team!
