Job SummaryWe are seeking a passionate and energetic Landscaper to join our dynamic outdoor maintenance team! In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining beautiful, functional outdoor spaces that enhance the environment and delight our clients.Your expertise will help transform landscapes through skilled planting, hardscape installation, mowing, and ongoing maintenance.This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors, develop your skills in landscaping and horticulture, and contribute to vibrant community spaces.Duties Perform landscape installation including planting trees, shrubs, flowers, and installing hardscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls Maintain lawns through mowing, edging, fertilizing, aerating, and weed control to ensure lush, healthy turf Operate power tools and hand tools safely for tasks like trimming, pruning, digging, and soil preparation Conduct landscape maintenance tasks such as snow plowing during winter months, and spring/fall seasonal clean-up Use mechanical knowledge to operate equipment like excavators and other construction machinery for site preparation or large-scale projects Care for trees through trimming, pruning, and health assessments to promote growth and safety Assist with gardening activities including soil conditioning, planting new greenery, and pest management Skills Strong mechanical knowledge of landscaping equipment and tools including power tools and hand tools Experience with lawn care practices such as mowing, edging, fertilizing, and aeration Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques including irrigation systems and snow plowing procedures Ability to perform landscaping tasks involving hardscape installation and garden design elements Familiarity with horticulture principles for plant selection, tree care, and garden planning Skilled in the use of equipment like excavators for construction or site preparation projects Good understanding of safety protocols when operating machinery or working at heights on trees or structures Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward maintaining outdoor spaces efficiently Join us in creating stunning landscapes that inspire pride!
