In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing residential, commercial, or public landscapes through hands-on work with a variety of tools and equipment.Your expertise will help create beautiful, functional environments that inspire and delight clients.We are committed to providing a paid opportunity where your craftsmanship and passion for outdoor aesthetics can truly flourish.Responsibilities Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, pruning, and edging to keep outdoor areas pristine and healthy Utilize hand tools, power tools, and machinery such as excavators and snow plows to complete landscaping projects efficiently Install and repair hardscape features like patios, walkways, retaining walls, and garden beds to elevate outdoor designs Conduct lawn care activities such as aeration, fertilization, watering, and weed control to promote lush growth Maintain trees through trimming, pruning, and health assessments while ensuring safety standards are met during tree care operations Assist with irrigation system installation, adjustments, and repairs to ensure optimal watering efficiency Support seasonal tasks such as snow plowing or gardening to adapt to changing weather conditions and client needs Experience Demonstrated mechanical knowledge of landscaping equipment, hand tools, power tools, and construction machinery like excavators Prior experience in landscape maintenance or landscaping projects involving lawn care, hardscape installation, or horticulture practices Familiarity with tree care techniques including trimming and health assessment procedures Knowledge of irrigation systems, gardening principles, and general landscape upkeep methods Ability to operate snow plows or other seasonal machinery is a plus Strong understanding of safety protocols when handling construction equipment and performing outdoor maintenance tasks Passion for creating beautiful outdoor environments combined with a proactive attitude toward learning new skills in horticulture and landscape design Pay:$22.00 - $32.00 per hour Benefits:Health insurance Paid time off Work Location:In person.
