Job OverviewRoyal Property Services is seeking a dependable and skilled Landscaper to join our team.The ideal candidate will have experience in landscape maintenance, irrigation systems, and property upkeep, with the ability to perform a variety of outdoor services efficiently.This role focuses on supporting residential property turnovers and tenant-occupied properties through routine landscape maintenance, irrigation repair and adjustments, cleanup, ensuring all properties meet our high-quality standards.Responsibilities Perform landscape maintenance duties including weed removal, trimming, debris cleanup, and property cleanups to maintain clean, well-kept exterior spaces.Conduct routine service tasks such as blowing debris, clearing walkways, and maintaining desert-friendly landscaping.Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair irrigation systems, including adjusting sprinklers and identifying leaks or coverage issues.Operate hand tools and power equipment safely for trimming, cleanup, and general landscape maintenance.Complete property cleanups for turnovers and occupied properties, ensuring all exterior areas meet company quality standards.Take before and after photos of completed work and upload updates through company apps or software.Create and submit basic repair notes and estimates in the field for any additional work needed.Communicate clearly with team members and management regarding job status, issues, and completed tasks.Maintain tools, equipment, and work vehicles in clean and working condition.Requirements Must have a reliable vehicle and/or trailer capable of hauling landscape debris and materials for property cleanups and trash-outs.Must have basic tools/equipment required to perform landscape maintenance and irrigation work; additional tools to be purchased by the company as the division grows and needed.Must have prior experience in landscape maintenance and irrigation systems, including troubleshooting and basic repairs.Ability to perform physical outdoor work in varying weather conditions, including the Las Vegas climate.Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to complete tasks efficiently with attention to detail.Ability to communicate effectively and use mobile apps to upload job updates, photos, and estimates.Company Provided Gas card for work-related travel Oil change support for work vehicle Company credit card for material purchases Pay:$25.00 - $28.00 per hour Application Question(s):Do you have a vehicle that can haul landscape debris?
