We have added Cryo Laser Hair Removal to our services and we are looking for hire a Licensed Laser Hair Removal technician, must have an active Florida laser hair removal license. If you do not have a laser hair removal active license in Florida please do not apply. Cryo Studio Sarasota is a non-invasive esthetics and wellness studio specializing in treatments for Fat Reduction, Skin tightening, toning and overall wellness. We have great success in creating protocols for clients to see visible results in fat reduction, cellulite improvement and skin tightening. This is a dual position where you will be perfoming our regular services (described above) but also Cryo Laser Hair Removal. We are seeking highly motivated individuals that must have an active Electrology and Laser Hair Removal license to join our Studio part time particularly for late afternoon/evening and weekends, meeting with our clients and performing treatments guiding them through the process ensuring they get the best results posible. If you love making an impact in clients lives and making them feel beautiful, this position is for you. You must also have sales and consultation experience. A DAY IN THE LIFE IN THIS POSITION Job Expectations You will be responsible for completing treatments daily, helping existing and new clients make the best decisions for getting results. Treatments include: Cryo Slimming, Cryo Toning, Cryo Facials, Presstherapy, Cryo Laser Hair Removal, Emsculpt, Emtone. The appointments will all be displayed in your calendar and should be confirmed by you a day prior. At the end of each appointment, you will complete a summary. Clean your room and machines after use. You will create custommer progess reports to make sure the clients are making progress and help them however we can. Helping to onboard clients and guide them every step of the way. Professional Development + Company Expectations You will be led by our in-house Head of Training who will work with you to ensure your treatment quality is exceeding standards. Proactively provide updates on each client. As the face of our brand, we will provide you with branded uniforms. Must have great custommer service skills. Always be on time, 15-20 minutes early prior to the first appointment to get the room and everything ready for each client. Late arrivals are a deal breaker. Please have all your questions ready for an initial video call interview. All first time interviews will be done via video call (zoom or google meet), and then in studio if we are moving along the process.
