Laser/Punch Machine Operator

We are partnering with a well established, family owned sheet metal manufacturer in Boulder County that is known for its strong culture, clean facility, and long term employee retention. Position Summary We are seeking a 2nd shift Laser / Punch Operator to run a combo machine capable of both punching and laser cutting. This role is ideal for someone with a background in sheet metal fabrication who is comfortable working from blueprints and takes pride in producing quality parts. The team is open to training on either punch or laser, depending on your existing experience, but you'll need experience in one of these. Responsibilities Set up and operate punch press and laser cutting equipment for sheet metal fabrication Run a combo machine that performs both punching and laser cutting Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions Perform basic machine adjustments and ensure parts meet quality standards Inspect finished parts for accuracy and consistency Maintain a clean and organized work area Work closely with team members to keep production running smoothly Qualifications Experience in sheet metal fabrication Hands on experience with punch or laser equipment (experience with both is a big plus) Ability to read and interpret blueprints Strong attention to detail and quality Experience in aerospace or AS9100 environments is a plus Familiarity with GD&T is a plus Experience with Trumpf brand machines are a big plus Why This Opportunity Family owned company with a strong team culture Clean, organized shop with modern equipment includin
