OverviewJoin our vibrant team as a Laundromat Attendant and become the cornerstone of a clean, welcoming environment for our customers.In this role, you will ensure the efficient operation of our laundry facilities, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain a spotless space that keeps patrons coming back.Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a positive experience for every visitor, making cleanliness and customer satisfaction your top priorities.Responsibilities Greet customers warmly, assist with machine operations, and answer any questions about laundry services Maintain thorough cleanliness and operation of the laundromat by sweeping, mopping, organizing the space, wiping down machines, etc.Ability to occasionally move heavy objects and perform physical tasks as needed Enforce safety protocols and ensure the laundromat remains a secure environment for all patrons Be able to follow directions Morning and afternoon shifts available; morning shifts are approximately 3 hours and afternoon shifts are approximately 2 hours Experience Familiarity with laundry processes is a plus but not required Strong customer service skills with an energetic approach to assisting patrons Ability to perform cleaning tasks efficiently and keep the space looking brand new A proactive attitude with excellent communication skills to engage positively with customers and supervisors Join us in creating a clean, friendly space where every guest feels valued!
