Laundromat Attendant (M - F 12 to 5pm)

Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Laundry Attendant to join our team.This is a Monday through Friday (12p - 5p) position.The ideal candidate will ensure a clean, welcoming, and efficient environment for our guests.Duties keep laundromat clean.Launder Wash/dry/fold orders for customers.Assist self serve customers with their laundry when required.Operate cash registers for transactions, including cash handling and basic math calculations for billing purposes.Provide outstanding customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.Collaborate with other staff members to uphold the laundry's customer service standards.Skills Basic cleaning skills with attention to detail to maintain high cleanliness standards.Friendly attitude.Proficiency in basic math for cash handling and billing tasks.Good customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests.Familiarity with cash registers and handling transactions accurately.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Join us in delivering exceptional experiences for our guests while enjoying a supportive work environment!
