Customer Service & Laundry Attendant Neighborhood Plaza Laundromat - Fulton, NYPart-Time $16.00-$20.00 per hour 12-30 hours per week Neighborhood Plaza Laundromat is a clean, friendly, community-focused laundromat serving Central NY, including Oswego, Onondaga, and Cayuga County.We are growing our residential and commercial laundry services and are looking for a dependable team member who takes pride in their work and enjoys helping people.If you are reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently, this could be a great fit.What You'll Do Greet customers with a friendly, professional attitude Provide excellent customer service and assist with questions Process wash & fold orders accurately and efficiently Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary facility Monitor machines and assist customers as needed Follow clear systems and procedures for quality control Help create a welcoming, safe environment for everyone What We're Looking For Dependable and punctual (this is very important to us) Comfortable working independently Strong attention to detail Able to lift up to 30-40 lbs Professional and respectful with customers Basic math and communication skills Prior customer service experience preferred but not required We value maturity, accountability, and positive energy.Our team members represent our business, and we take that seriously.Why Work With Us?
