In this lively role, you will ensure the smooth operation of laundry machines, assist customers with their needs, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.Your energy and attention to detail will help create a positive experience for every guest, making laundry day effortless and enjoyable.This paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop hospitality skills while working in a dynamic setting that values teamwork and customer satisfaction.Duties Greet customers warmly and provide friendly assistance with laundry services Operate and monitor commercial laundry equipment, ensuring optimal performance Assist customers with machine usage, including loading, unloading, and troubleshooting Maintain cleanliness of the laundromat, including washing areas, folding stations, and waiting areas Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering and cash handling procedures Manage basic inventory supplies such as detergents and cleaning products Ensure safety protocols are followed and report any maintenance issues promptly ability to wash & fold.Skills Previous hotel or hospitality experience is highly desirable, demonstrating excellent customer service skills Knowledge of dry cleaning or laundry processes is a plus but not required; training will be provided Strong cleaning skills to keep the facility tidy and inviting Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and transaction processing Excellent communication skills for assisting customers effectively Reliable with a keen eye for detail to ensure quality service standards are met Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to gain experience in hospitality or retail environments.If you thrive on helping others and enjoy maintaining a clean, organized workspace, we want to hear from you!
