Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist with their laundry needs in a friendly, professional manner Operate and monitor laundry machines for Wash & Fold , including washers and dryers, ensuring proper functioning and safety Maintain cleanliness of the laundromat area, including sweeping, mopping, and organizing supplies. Provide guidance on machine usage and troubleshoot basic issues to support customer satisfaction Perform routine cleaning of equipment and facility to uphold health and safety standards Operating the Wash & Fold counter and perfomorming Wash & Fold duties. Skills Previous experience is a plus, demonstrating excellent customer service skills Knowledge of dry cleaning or laundry processes enhances your ability to assist customers effectively Strong cleaning skills with attention to detail to maintain a tidy environment Processing transactions on POS system. Effective communication skills to assist customers clearly and professionally Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, lifting supplies, and bending as needed Experience with POS register ensures smooth transaction processes Join us in delivering top-notch service while gaining valuable experience and operations knowledge!
