OverviewJoin our vibrant team as a Laundromat Attendant, where your energy and attention to detail will keep our laundry operations running smoothly and efficiently.In this role, you'll be the friendly face that ensures our customers experience clean, fresh laundry in a welcoming environment.Your proactive approach and dedication will contribute to a positive customer experience while maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the laundromat.This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop hospitality skills, gain valuable experience in customer service, and be part of a dynamic team committed to excellence.Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist with their laundry needs, providing excellent customer service at all times Operate and monitor laundry machines, including washers and dryers, ensuring proper usage and maintenance Process customer wash/dry/fold orders to Company specifications.On job training of procedures required will be provided Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately using cash handling procedures; process payments via cashiering systems Maintain cleanliness of the laundromat by sweeping, mopping, wiping down surfaces, and organizing equipment regularly Perform basic math calculations for billing, pricing adjustments, or change dispensing as needed Conduct routine inspections of machines to identify malfunctions or maintenance needs and report issues promptly Ensure safety protocols are followed to create a secure environment for customers and staff alike.Previous experience in hospitality or customer service roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided Basic math skills are essential for managing transactions accurately Experience with cashiering or cash handling enhances efficiency in processing payments A proactive attitude with strong attention to detail ensures high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.Join us in delivering top-tier service in a lively environment where your enthusiasm makes a difference!
