About the Role: Join our dynamic team at King Pelican Laundry LLC as a Laundromat Wash and Fold Attendant! In this exciting role, you'll provide exceptional laundry services while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our customers in Long Beach, CA. Responsibilities: Receive, sort, and process customer laundry with attention to detail. Operate washing machines and dryers efficiently and safely. Fold and package laundry neatly for customer pickup. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundromat area. Assist customers with inquiries and provide excellent customer service. Monitor inventory of laundry supplies and notify management when restocking is needed. Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in a laundromat or customer service role is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lift and carry heavy loads (up to 50 lbs). Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays. Positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding service. Basic knowledge of laundry care and fabric types is beneficial.
