Duties Operate laundry equipment such as washers, dryers, and ironing machines to process linens, towels, uniforms, and guest clothing with precision and care Sort, inspect, and fold laundry items to meet quality standards while ensuring proper handling of delicate or special-care garments like dry cleaning items Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area to promote safety and efficiency Follow established procedures for stain removal, fabric care, and chemical usage to preserve the quality of all items Assist with inventory management by tracking supplies and notifying supervisors when stock levels are low Support the overall cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas through timely linen replacement and laundry services Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment Skills Proven experience in laundry operations or hotel housekeeping is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates Strong knowledge of laundry techniques including washing, drying, folding, and stain removal Familiarity with dry cleaning processes is a plus for handling delicate garments Excellent attention to detail to ensure all linens are spotless, well-maintained, and correctly sorted Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness Good physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift heavy loads, and perform repetitive tasks comfortably Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude to collaborate effectively with colleagues Embark on a rewarding journey where your efforts directly contribute to guest satisfaction!
