Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Laundry Attendant, where your energy and attention to detail will ensure our guests experience the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort.In this vital role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing laundry operations, maintaining pristine linens and uniforms, and supporting the overall cleanliness of our facility.Your proactive approach and dedication will contribute to creating a welcoming environment that guests love to return to. Duties Operate laundry machines and equipment to wash, dry, fold, and iron linens, towels, uniforms, and other hotel textiles with precision and care Sort laundry items by color, fabric type, and cleaning requirements to ensure optimal results Perform dry cleaning tasks for delicate or specialized garments as needed, following proper procedures Maintain cleanliness of laundry areas by regularly cleaning machines, work surfaces, and storage spaces Monitor inventory levels of linens and supplies, notifying management when restocking is necessary Assist with the collection and distribution of clean linens to various departments within the hotel Follow safety protocols and proper handling procedures for chemicals used in cleaning processes Requirements Previous experience in laundry services or hotel housekeeping is highly preferred Knowledge of laundry techniques including washing, drying, folding, ironing, and dry cleaning processes Strong attention to detail to ensure quality standards are met consistently Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks with efficiency Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and support staff A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills in a fast-paced environment Join us in delivering exceptional guest experiences through meticulous laundry care!
