OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated Laundry Attendant to join our team.This role involves ensuring the cleanliness and proper handling of linens, uniforms, and other textiles in a fast-paced environment.The ideal candidate will have experience with laundry processes and a keen eye for detail, contributing to the overall cleanliness and presentation standards of our facility.Previous hotel experience and knowledge of dry cleaning are considered advantageous.Duties Operate laundry equipment such as washers and dryers efficiently and safely Sort, fold, and organize linens, towels, uniforms, and other textiles according to established standards Maintain cleanliness of laundromat and ensure proper storage of clean items Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment at all times Utilize a POS system and register Requirements Prior experience in laundry services or hotel housekeeping is preferred Knowledge of laundry procedures Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work efficiently and independently Ability to lift heavy loads safely and stand for extended periods Reliable work ethic with a focus on cleanliness and hygiene standards Basic understanding of safety procedures related to laundry equipment operation Job Type:Part-time Pay:$14.00 - $16.00 per hour Expected hours:No more than 24 per week Work Location:In person.
