Housekeeper/Laundry Job Description Overview We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeper/Laundry staff member to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment for our guests, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are met at all times. Responsibilities Clean and tidy all assigned guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and changing linens. Launder and fold linens, towels, and other items as needed. Perform dry cleaning tasks as required. Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are stocked and maintained. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department. Adhere to health and safety standards to provide a safe environment for guests and staff. Assist with special cleaning projects as needed. Skills: Proven experience in cleaning and housekeeping roles. Knowledge of laundry procedures and techniques. Familiarity with dry cleaning processes is a plus. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
