Job SummaryWe are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Laundry Attendant to join our team.This position is responsible for washing, drying, folding, and organizing both residential and commercial laundry while carefully following customer preferences and special instructions.The ideal candidate takes pride in producing clean, neatly folded laundry and maintaining high quality standards in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities Sort residential and commercial laundry by color, fabric type, and washing requirements Carefully follow customer instructions and special requests for washing, drying, and folding Operate commercial washers and dryers safely and efficiently Wash, dry, fold, and stack laundry according to company standards Inspect items for stains, damage, or special care instructions before and after washing Apply stain treatment when appropriate Separate and organize customer orders to ensure accuracy Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laundry workspace Follow all equipment and safety procedures Assist with packing and preparing completed orders for customer pickup or delivery when needed Requirements Ability to lift and move laundry bags up to 40-50 lbs Ability to stand, bend, and move for extended periods Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a laundromat, commercial laundry facility, hotel laundry, or dry cleaner Experience operating commercial washers and dryers Experience handling customer laundry orders and preferences Work Environment Laundry facility with heat, humidity, and background machine noise Fast-paced, team-oriented environment Job Type:Full-time Pay:$9.00 - $11.00 per hour Expected hours:25 - 40 per week People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Work Location:In person.
