OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Laundry Shirt Presser to join our dynamic hospitality team.In this role, you will be responsible for expertly pressing and finishing shirts to ensure they meet the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and quality.Your energetic approach will help maintain our commitment to exceptional customer service and a polished, professional appearance for our guests.This position offers an engaging environment where your skills in laundry, cleaning, and hospitality will shine.Duties Operate pressing machines and hand-press shirts with precision to achieve crisp, wrinkle-free results Inspect garments for stains, tears, or other defects and notify supervisors as needed Follow established laundry procedures to ensure proper handling of all clothing items Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pressing area to promote efficiency and safety Handle basic math calculations for laundry quantities, pricing, or billing when necessary Assist with light cleaning duties in the laundry area to uphold hygiene standards Provide friendly customer service by addressing guest inquiries related to laundry services or garment care Qualifications Previous experience in hotel laundry services or hospitality environments is highly preferred Knowledge of dry cleaning processes and laundry operations is a plus Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and presentation Good communication skills and a positive attitude toward guest service Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks efficiently Basic math skills for handling cash transactions or billing procedures Experience with cashiering or cash handling is advantageous but not required Join us to deliver outstanding garment care that enhances our guests' experience!
