In this vital role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing the laundry operations, ensuring all linens, towels, uniforms, and guest clothing are cleaned, pressed, and maintained to the highest standards.Your dedication will directly enhance guest satisfaction by providing pristine linens and a spotless environment.This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a lively hotel environment where cleanliness and quality are at the forefront of guest comfort.Duties Operate laundry machines such as washers, dryers, and pressing equipment with precision and care.Sort, load, and unload laundry items efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.Perform cleaning tasks including stain removal, folding, ironing, and pressing linens, towels, uniforms, and guest clothing.Manage special cleaning requests like dry cleaning or delicate fabric handling to meet specific guest needs.Maintain cleanliness of the laundry area by organizing supplies and ensuring equipment is in optimal condition.Follow all safety guidelines related to chemical use and equipment operation to ensure a safe working environment.Assist with inventory management of laundry supplies and report any maintenance issues promptly.Qualifications Prior experience in laundry services or hotel housekeeping is preferred but not required; training will be provided.Knowledge of laundry procedures including washing, drying, ironing, and stain removal techniques.Ability to handle cleaning chemicals safely and follow safety instructions diligently.Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.Good physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy loads as needed.Basic understanding of hotel operations or hospitality experience is a plus but not mandatory.Embark on a role that keeps our hotel shining bright!
