Job Title:Lawn Care Worker / Snow Removal TechnicianLocation:Twin CitiesJob Type:Full-Time / Part-TimePay:$22.00 - $28.00 per hour (based on experience and performance) Job Description:We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Lawn Care Worker and Snow Removal Technician.In this dual-season role, you will be responsible for maintaining outdoor landscapes during the spring, summer, and fall months, and clearing snow and ice during the winter.This is a physically active, hands-on job perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors year-round.Responsibilities:Lawn Care Duties (Spring-Fall):Mowing, edging, and trimming lawns Shrub and hedge trimming Leaf and debris removal Mulching, weeding, and basic landscaping Operation and maintenance of landscaping equipment Spring and Fall Clean up Snow Removal Duties (Winter):Shoveling sidewalks, driveways, and entryways Operating snow blowers, plows, and salt spreaders Applying salt or de-icing materials Responding to snow events promptly and reliably Additional Compensation for plowing hours.Qualifications:Experience in lawn care, landscaping, or snow removal preferred Must be dependable and punctual Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Capable of lifting 50 lbs and performing physically demanding tasks Valid driver's license preferred Must be available for early morning or on-call snow removal during winter Benefits:Competitive hourly pay ($22.00-$28.00/hour) Paid Weekly Opportunities for year-round work Training provided Supportive and team-oriented work environment 6 Paid Holidays Retirement Savings Plan Job Type:Full-time Pay:$22.00 - $28.00 per hour Benefits:401(k) Application Question(s):Do you have a valid Minnesota drivers license?
