Lawn Care Technician – Full-Time, Year-Round Opportunities Earn $20–$30+/hr with Performance Bonuses The Role We’re looking for dependable, hardworking team members to help us maintain residential and commercial properties. As a Landscape Maintenance Technician, you’ll operate professional-grade equipment to mow, trim, and clean up lawns and landscaping areas. Key Responsibilities: Mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing Daily equipment maintenance and fueling Safe, proper use of all tools and machines Using App to track jobs and communicate with office Shrub trimming, weeding mulch + rock installs Work well with others or independently ✅ What We’re Looking For Team player that puts others first and shows up on time and ready to work Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Physically able to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors fulltime in variable conditions (Heat, Cold, Rain) Able to pass a background check No experience? No problem. We train the right people! Compensation & Schedule Pay: $20/hr base pay + performance bonuses. Average first year team members make between $24 and $30 per hour with experienced team members making more.
