In this energetic role, you will be actively involved in maintaining lawns, gardens, and landscapes through hands-on work with a variety of tools and equipment.Your enthusiasm for outdoor work and attention to detail will help deliver exceptional results for our clients.This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in landscape maintenance, horticulture, and construction while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Duties Operate lawn care equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hand tools to maintain healthy lawns and gardens Conduct snow plowing during winter months to keep pathways clear and safe Maintain equipment by performing routine inspections and basic repairs using power tools and mechanical knowledge Assist with general site cleanup and landscape maintenance to uphold high standards of appearance Requirements Prior experience or familiarity with lawn care, landscaping, or gardening is preferred but not required; a willingness to learn is essential Knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and basic mechanical principles to safely operate equipment Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy objects, bending, digging, and standing for extended periods Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions throughout the year Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude and eagerness to contribute to team goals This role offers an engaging environment where your skills will grow through hands-on experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, and more.If you're motivated by outdoor work and eager to develop a versatile skill set in the landscaping industry, we want to hear from you!
