Integrity Home Exteriors is looking for a Lawn care & Enhancement Technician who is dependable, hardworking, and willing to jump in wherever needed. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, working with a team, and taking ownership of maintaining beautiful properties through lawn care and landscape enhancement projects. Responsibilities Perform lawn care and landscape maintenance tasks on residential and commercial properties Operate small landscaping tools and equipment safely and efficiently Assist with mulching, pruning, trimming shrubs and bushes, and general landscape cleanup Help with tree and flower planting projects Perform turf repairs and enhancement work Use weed whips, backpack blowers, and other landscaping equipment Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting materials and equipment Maintain clean and organized job sites Work alongside both the lawn care and enhancement crews as needed Represent the company professionally with customers and team members The Right Candidate Will: Take pride in hard work and doing quality work the right way Be dependable and show up ready to work each day Enjoy working outdoors in a fast-paced environment Work well with a team and take directions well Be willing to learn new skills and equipment Take ownership of their work and maintain attention to detail Be flexible and willing to help wherever needed If you enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and being part of a team that takes pride in quality work, we’d love to talk with you.
