Job Summary Join our dynamic lawn care team as a Lawn Care Crew Member and be part of transforming outdoor spaces into beautiful, functional landscapes! In this energetic role, you will assist with a variety of landscaping, maintenance, and horticultural tasks that keep properties thriving. Your hands-on work will involve operating power tools, using hand tools, and supporting landscape projects from mowing to tree care. Responsibilities Operate lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other power tools to maintain lawns and landscaped areas efficiently. Assist with landscape maintenance tasks such as planting, pruning, edging, and mulching to enhance curb appeal. Use hand tools and small machinery like excavators for site preparation, planting beds, or installing irrigation systems. Support tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and removal to promote healthy growth and safety. Help with snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe access for properties. Maintain equipment by performing routine inspections and basic repairs to ensure optimal operation. Assist in the installation of hardscape features such as patios or walkways and support gardening projects for aesthetic improvements. Experience Prior experience with lawn care or landscape maintenance is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated learners. Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with power tools and hand tools is advantageous. Experience working with landscaping equipment such as excavators or irrigation systems is a plus. Knowledge of horticulture practices including plant care, tree trimming, and gardening techniques is beneficial. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards. Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward learning new skills in construction, snow plowing, or hardscape installation.
