Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lawn Care Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscaping and grounds maintenance, with a strong understanding of lawn care practices. This role involves working outdoors to ensure the beauty and health of residential and commercial landscapes. The Lawn Care Specialist will be responsible for various tasks that contribute to the overall maintenance and enhancement of outdoor spaces. Responsibilities Perform groundskeeping duties including mowing, edging, and trimming lawns to maintain a neat appearance. Utilize hand tools and equipment to irrigate, dig, build, and maintain landscapes effectively. Conduct tree trimming and pruning to promote healthy growth and aesthetic appeal. Implement landscape maintenance practices such as fertilization, weed control, and pest management. Monitor irrigation systems for efficiency and functionality, making adjustments as necessary. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to safety protocols. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition through regular inspections and repairs. Experience Previous experience in lawn care or landscape maintenance is preferred but not required. Familiarity with mechanical knowledge related to landscaping equipment is advantageous. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various weather conditions. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality work standards.
