Position Overview We are seeking a reliable, skilled, and motivated Landscaper / Lawn Care Technician to join our growing team. This is a full-time, year-round position with consistent work through all seasons, including winter snow removal. Responsibilities Perform routine lawn maintenance (mowing, trimming, edging, blowing) Assist with landscaping projects (mulching, planting, grading, etc.) Complete spring and fall cleanups (leaf removal, debris cleanup) Operate and maintain equipment safely and efficiently Maintain clean, professional job sites Follow daily schedules and work independently when needed Communicate effectively with team members and management Participate in snow and ice removal during winter months Qualifications Prior experience in landscaping or lawn care preferred Valid, clean driver’s license (require
