Our Lawn Care Technicians are the face of our company — you’ll treat residential and commercial lawns, speak with customers when needed, and help keep our equipment and shop running smoothly. What You’ll Do Apply lawn treatments using top-quality, environmentally responsible products Operate spray equipment, spreaders, and aerators Drive a company truck on a daily route Provide friendly, professional service and answer basic customer questions Identify lawn issues and recommend additional services Assist with equipment cleaning, loading, and shop tasks Who We’re Looking For Strong work ethic and positive attitude Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Able to work independently and stay on schedule Good communication skills Able to lift 50+ lbs and handle physical work Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Reliable transportation to the shop Must pass a background check and drug test Experience in lawn care, pest control, landscaping, or farm/field work is a plus but not required What We Offer Starting pay: $17–$18 per hour depending on experience Competitive pay structure with opportunities for bonuses and commissions Access to health insurance with employer contribution toward monthly premiums Paid training and growth opportunities Consistent full-time work — year-round, not seasonal Family-owned, respectful work environment All equipment, uniforms,
