Duties Mow lawns using power tools such as riding mowers, push mowers, and trimmers to achieve a clean, professional appearance Perform landscape maintenance including edging, trimming shrubs, pruning trees, and planting flowers or new greenery Operate hand tools and power tools safely for tasks like digging, planting, and installing irrigation systems Maintain hardscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls through cleaning and minor repairs Assist with snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe access and clear pathways Conduct routine inspections of equipment like excavators and other machinery to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance Support tree care activities including trimming, removal, or planting to promote healthy growth Qualifications Demonstrated mechanical knowledge with experience operating lawn care equipment and hand tools Familiarity with landscape maintenance practices including mowing, gardening, and irrigation system installation or repair Basic understanding of horticulture principles and landscape design concepts Ability to operate power tools safely and efficiently in various outdoor conditions Experience with snow plowing or winter maintenance is a plus but not required Strong physical stamina to perform outdoor work in different weather conditions Prior experience in construction or landscaping is advantageous but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential Join us in transforming outdoor spaces into vibrant landscapes!
