Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Lawn Care Worker to join our dynamic team! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining beautiful lawns and landscapes through hands-on work with various tools and equipment. Your enthusiasm for outdoor work and attention to detail will help us deliver top-quality service to our valued customers. Duties Operate lawn care equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hand tools to maintain lawns and gardens. Perform landscape maintenance tasks including edging, pruning, planting, and mulching. Use power tools and machinery like excavators for larger landscaping or construction projects. Conduct tree care activities such as trimming, pruning, and planting to promote healthy growth. Assist with irrigation system installation and maintenance to ensure proper watering of landscapes. Support snow plowing operations during winter months to keep properties accessible and safe. Maintain the cleanliness and safety of work areas, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly cared for. Skills Mechanical knowledge to operate and troubleshoot lawn care machinery and hand tools effectively. Strong understanding of lawn care practices, landscape maintenance, and horticulture principles. Ability to use power tools safely and efficiently in various outdoor settings. Knowledge of tree trimming, pruning techniques, and general tree care best practices. Familiarity with irrigation systems, snow plowing procedures, and general gardening techniques. Excellent physical stamina for outdoor work in all weather conditions; ability to lift heavy equipment when necessary.
