Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lawn Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic landscape team.In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the beauty and health of outdoor spaces through expert lawn care, landscape maintenance, and hardscape work.Your energetic approach and dedication will ensure our clients' properties are pristine, safe, and inviting.This position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors, develop your landscaping skills, and contribute to creating stunning outdoor environments.Duties Perform mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing to keep lawns and landscapes immaculate Operate power tools such as trimmers, blowers, and lawn mowers efficiently and safely Conduct landscape maintenance tasks including planting, pruning, shrubbery care, and flower bed upkeep Assist with irrigation system installation, repair, and maintenance to ensure proper watering of plants Use hand tools and heavy equipment like excavators for landscape projects or hardscape installations Provide tree care services including trimming, pruning, and sometimes removal with proper safety procedures Maintain equipment through routine inspections and mechanical knowledge to ensure optimal performance Skills Strong mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and maintaining landscaping equipment Extensive lawn care expertise including mowing, edging, fertilizing, and aeration Experience in landscape maintenance and horticulture practices to promote healthy growth Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery such as excavators or snow plows when needed Knowledge of tree care techniques including trimming, pruning, and health assessment Ability to perform gardening tasks with attention to detail and safety standards Familiarity with hardscape construction such as patios or walkways is a plus Excellent physical stamina for outdoor work in varying weather conditions Strong teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward maintenance tasks Join us in transforming outdoor spaces into vibrant landscapes!
